Duke Entrepreneurial Student Group
Overview: On campus, I am in The Cube student group. This startup-interest group gathers students interested in building products and provides us a space to connect with each other and brainstorm ideas. I love the group activities such as startup small-groups and ideation sessions especially.
GCS relation: Being in Cube, I was able to see cool people work on cool things. There are diverse people working on a variety of fields such as software, game development, and healthcare. Being in engineering and science, it is easy to get fixated on a certain problem or field, but this group has taught me there are so much more out there to explore. To develop the future tools of scientific discovery, I need these diverse perspectives in order to connect different dots to optimize solutions and impact.
